Exercising outside first thing in the morning will set your circadian rhythm, leading to better sleep. It will also boost your mood and energy levels, and increase longevity. It will also burn off unwanted fat.

 

Doing this barefoot on grass will reduce inflammation, increase sleep quality, reduce stress levels and improve immune function.

 

Note: Do this practice stack before ingesting any caffeine. This will avoid any crash later on in the day.

Ensure your body has an adequate supply of essential nutrients for optimal health.  

 

Vitamin D3 is essential for nearly every single bodily system and function, so it is important to make sure you have the optimal amount. It should be taken with vitamin K2, as these two work together to ensure calcium obtained from food is deposited in the bones and not the arteries.

 

You should have no more than 4 times more Omega 6 to Omega 3. Also, don't cook with oils and avoid see oils.
