WHAT IS GROUNDING?

Grounding, sometimes referred to as earthing, is a therapeutic practice in which you engage in activities that "ground" or electrically connect you to the earth. This technique utilizes earthing science and grounding physics to describe how electrical charges from the earth can benefit your body.
