WHAT IS CELERY SEED?

Celery is a popular vegetable, but the plant is more than just the stalk. Celery seeds aren't as prevalent as celery leaves, but they're nonetheless delicious and nutritious. Celery seeds have been used in Eastern medicine for thousands of years to cure bronchitis, skin diseases, and the flu.

Celery seeds are most typically used as a spice in cuisine nowadays. They are, however, available as a supplement in the form of an extract or a capsule. Celery seeds, despite their small size, have a high nutritional value and numerous health advantages [1]. Because of their small size, celery seeds should be utilised whole, although crushed seeds are much bitterer than whole seeds.
