I began using Alkaline Care products, by starting with pHlush. The difference I felt after using this was amazing! What I hadn't realised before, is that all the amazing supplements and foods I were ingesting were only partially working. I had quite a few colonics before, which made a difference. But what I hadn't realised is that these do not clean the small intestine. This is where all the nutrients are absorbed. So having 40 years of debris blocking this crucial area of the body had been like a piece of wood under my accelerator pedal. Taking pHlush suddenly unleashed all the benefits of what I had been doing, and in so, made this one of the singularly most powerful practices of my 17 years of optimising my health.
