The ingredients just seem to contain calcium and magnesium. How is this different to any other mineral supplement?

How Many Should I Take?
Start by taking 1 capsule 3 times daily for 2 days. You can then optionally, take 3 AquaRx 3 times a day for 1-2 weeks. After this phase if you are in good health you can reduce your daily dosage to 1-3 per day.
How Long Does 1 container of 90 capsules last?
If you go through the detox process (as above) it will last around 20 days. We do recommend this to get the full benefits, although this is optional. After this, each container will last one to three months depending on your dosage of 1 - 3 per day.
How Long Does One Dose Last in the Body?
Hydrogen is in and out of the body in approximately 4 to 6 hours it's water-soluble and penetrates very quickly. The anti-oxidant effect can last for several days.
With food or without?
There are longer release times with the molecular hydrogen taken with food and shorter and quicker release on an empty stomach. Different release times but one is not better than the other.
